The Artist
1. I retain all the rights related to the commission. It being but not only: the finished commission, sketch, composition and the whole process of said commission.2. I can and will decline a request that goes against my beliefs or is related to any form of hate crime, pedophilia and so on.3. If something happens surrounding me and therefore, the commission gets delayed, I will make sure to warn you.4. I have the right to alter my Terms of Service at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and won't influence orders started on older terms.5. You will receive updates within your commission! I will give you my socials and or other ways to contact me directly. Will respond from 08 AM to 8 PM (UTC/GMT -03:00)6. I won't do major changes and edits after the sketch approval and finished piece.7. After the commission is done, it will be sent as a PNG file on Google Drive. (full resolution)8. Tell me since the beginning if I will be allowed to post said request on my social media or not.9. Commercial pieces will need to be discussed via email so I can come up with a final quote/price.10. Fees for extra props, backgrounds, and complex character designs will occur and will be discussed before further progress of the piece.
The Client
1. Commissions are for personal use only: gift, wallpaper, personal prints, use on social medias with credit to the artist2. Do not use the preliminary materials (sketch, color draft,...) I provide for any other purpose besides commissioning me and your personal use.3. Do not trace, edit, resell or profit from the commission. Cropping the artwork to post online is acceptable.4. Do not use any part of the commission for non-fungible tokens (NFT), blockchain, cryptocurrency, AI image generators and future inventions of these technologies.5. If you have any further questions please ask ASAP so there's no future conflict that may slow down my process.6. In the case that you have a deadline, please let me know before ordering so I can see if it will be possible to meet it.
Commission
1. You are not allowed to take my watermark off the piece.2. You can not claim it as done by yourself. Credit it correctly.3. Ways of payment can be discussed in the first moments of talking about your request.4. Detailed items as said prior, will be charged as such, depending on how complex.5. PLEASE, send references such as images, something written, anything that can and will be used on your commission so it can be done properly.
Payment
1. There will be an add on of 4,5% of your request's price to make up for the fee in paypal.2.I will be taking payments on PayPal (pix for Brazilians.)3. Brazilian clients will be paying the commission in R$ (price for your request) + R$10.4. 50% up front, before sketchs of said request. 50% afterwards, before you get the full resolution image.5. Commissions in which the payment has been done earlier, will be a priority on my list.6. Do not file chargebacks under any circumstances. Please always contact me first to resolve any issue.7. I do not make any refunds (only in specific cases).
Revisions
1. You will only get 3 revisions for the sketch, 2 for the line art/color and any change on the final piece will cost additional fee (depending on the size and how complex the piece is).2. Please give feedback within 2 days. On day 2, I will send a reminder in case you missed my previous email/DM. If there's still no contact after 2 days, I will start the next stage without waiting for approval to not cause delay on the Commission List.
Will do:
1. Humanoids;2. Furrys;3. D&D characthers;4. Fanart;5. Ocs;6. NSFW (including kinks/ personal things);7. Gore;8. Chibis;9. Backgrounds.
Won't do:
1. Extremely detailed backgrounds;2. Any type of hate crime;3. Any other topic that may cause me discomfort.
